Kayne is the founder and owner of Graxon Logistics, the acquirer of United Transportation in May of 2025. In his role as CEO of United Transportation, he is the full-time operator and responsible for the growth and strategic direction of the company. He remains diligently focused on building and enhancing the company’s culture while looking to expand the company’s services and capabilities into additional markets.

Before acquiring United Transportation, Kayne served as CEO and Board Member of Uptake, a Chicago-based analytics company focused on asset health serving the military and transportation sectors. In addition, he held various senior executive roles with KAR (now OPENLANE), the acquirer of DRIVIN, a company he co-founded and served as CEO until April 2017. Over the last two decades, he has held various senior executive roles within Apartments.com, Cars.com, Allstate, eToys.com, TUSC, and Burlington Coat. 

Finally, he is a father of three, husband, board member, active angel investor, mentor, and extremely active in finding a cure for type-1 diabetes.
